André is a community and cultural organizer, activist, and consultant with a background as a director, producer, writer, and creative-place maker.
André has been working in community, talent and cultural development, racial equity training, board and organizational capacity and civic engagement for more than 40 years. André’s current project, building broad networks of community development around Baltimore City, has expanded to real estate development, incubation of green tech industries, workforce and business development, diversity adoption training, and creative place-making, while serving the expansion of conscious communities everywhere.
There is never a time in the future in which we will work out our salvation. The challenge is in the moment; the time is always now.
